A Little About Us

Junior Leonce, Founder and President

After working in the hospitality industry for the past two decades, and most recently in the Luxury Vacation Homes space, I felt that it was time to step out on my own and create this company. I realized that even in the downtime of the Covid-19 pandemic, people still needed to get out and travel while being somewhat isolated in great locations along with world-class services. The concept of being on a vacation or a work retreat while everything is either arranged for or brought to you still appeals to many individuals and companies.

The uptick in vacations homes sales is also on the rise and creates a strong need for home care services. Our service provides peace of mind for the second homeowners who know that the custody, care and control of your asset is our number one priority.

I love the fact that I can share my local vendor relationships and experience curators with our clients. My passion is to provide superior specialized services while maintaining your confidentiality and privacy in all things.
